Our History

La Casa del Waffle started because of the pleasure of having breakfast away from home and trying different concepts. While our founders were having breakfast, they were analyzing strengths and weaknesses, visualizing the restaurant of their dreams: a unique and different place from what existed in the restaurant industry.
